Cauliflower
Cauliflower florets are the very tops of the head of cauliflower, often referred to as the crown. The crown is divided into small, bite-sized pieces, called florets. They are often sold pre-cut, but you can easily prepare them yourself. Cauliflower takes on aromatic flavors like garlic very well. When boiling, add a crushed garlic clove to the water for a unique flavor.
