Mojo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 bag (16 oz.) spring salad mix
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup rinsed and drained canned black beans
6 slices cooked Mojo chicken* (about 1/2 lb.)
2 clementine oranges, peeled and sectioned
3 green onions, sliced
6 pieces bocconcini (fresh mozzarella cheese balls)
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing in large bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with Dressing and toss.

*Mojo Chicken is chicken marinated in a mixture of oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic, cumin, lime juice, orange juice and olive oil, then grilled until thoroughly cooked.
