Coleslaw Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1 package (16 oz.) coleslaw mix
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
6 large purple cabbage leaves
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage (optional)
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Toss cole slaw blend with tomatoes, green onions AND Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing in large bowl.
  2. Arrange cabbage leaves to create bowl on serving platter. Spoon cole slaw mixture into arranged cabbage leaves. Top with shredded purple cabbage and garnish, if desired, with green onion brush.
