Asian Beef Satay Salad

Ingredients
1- lb. boneless sirloin steak, very thinly sliced
6 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/4 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing

1. On skewer, thread steak.  Grill or broil until desired doneness. 
 
2. On serving platter, arrange lettuce, then top with radishes and steak. Just before serving, sprinkle with peanuts and green onions, then drizzle with Wish-Bone® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing.
