Creamy Ranch Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 tsp. dried dill weed (optional)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped (optional)
3 lbs. red bliss or new potatoes, cooked and cut into large chunks
  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except potatoes in large salad bowl. Toss with warm potatoes; salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
