- 3/4 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Balsamic Vinaigrette or Italian Dressing - 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard - 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak or lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes - 8 cherry tomatoes - 1 large onion, cut into 8 wedges - 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces |

1. In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, combine 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and mustard. Add beef and vegetables; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours. 2. Remove beef and vegetables from marinade, discarding marinade. Onto 12-inch metal or wooden skewers*, alternately thread beef and vegetables. 3. Grill or broil kabobs, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing, 8 minutes or until beef is done and vegetables are tender. *If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water at least 20 minutes prior to using.
