- 8 cups mixed salad greens - 1 jar (12 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained - 1 package (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, cut into strips - 4 ounces salami or pepperoni, cut into strips - 1 cup pitted ripe olives - 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges - 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips - 1 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing |

1. In large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing; cover and chill. 2. Just before serving, toss with Dressing. Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread. Also terrific with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing or Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing.
