This Refreshing Dish, Which Is Both Tart And Sweet Thanks To The Grapefruit, Delivers Vitamin C And Antioxidants.

Ingredients
3/4 cup quinoa
1 red or pink grapefruit, sectioned, halved
2 Tbsp. finely chopped spring
onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (flat-leaf parsley and/or mint, sorrel)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
Cover quinoa with water in 2-quart saucepot and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook 5 minutes or until quinoa is translucent around edges; drain.
Combine quinoa with Wish-BoneĀ® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing and remaining ingredients in medium bowl, gently toss. Serve.
