Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch-thick-slices
1 cup sliced red onion
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Preheat oven 400°.
  2. Arrange chicken in center of four 12 x 18-inch pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil. Evenly top chicken with vegetables, then drizzle with Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing. Wrap foil loosely around chicken and vegetables, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Arrange packets on jelly-roll pan. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
